1. General rules
Product/service description and price are shown before payment. A receipt is provided after payment.
2. Refund terms
Because digital services are fulfilled immediately, refunds may not be available after delivery. Where a refund is possible, the request must be made within 7 days.
3. Non-refundable cases
If the service has been fully delivered and used by the customer, a refund is not available.

5. Recurring payments
Consent for recurring payments is obtained separately and stored electronically. Cancellation is possible via online request or contact. When consent ends, billing stops and notice is sent 10 days in advance.
